US STATES & CAPITALS Test is coming in May '09:

All of Mrs. Stutzman's students will be given a "US States and Capitals" 100 point test in May.  To prepare for this test I will be giving several practice tests throughout the year. I have already given one "US States" and a "US Capitals" practice test. Please practice so you are ready for this test when it comes!

I have encouraged the students to create their own flash cards and to review with family members and friends. Another option could be to use the Internet, check out these websites - they might be a fun way to help you learn!

http://www.quia.com/jg/4.html (a concentration game)

http://www.pibmug.com/files/map_test.swf (for this game,  you must drag the state from the left over to the US map – be aware that it is somewhat sensitive and that you must be exact or it will be counted wrong)
