Medical Requirements
All students participating in any of the above activities are
required to have an annual physical examination (physical must be
done after June 1 to be valid). Once a physical has been obtained
and turned in, it will be valid for any or all activities, which
the student participates in during that school year. Students must
also have a signed insurance waiver on file. This waiver is simply
a verification that parents have adequate insurance coverage on the
student. Both the physical and insurance waiver must be on
file before the students will be permitted to try out for any
athletic activities.
